Easter Gifts From Family

We were excited about the gifts but even more excited to be able to share a few hours with you at our house for Easter lunch on your way back home from the beach. Thanks for taking out time for us.

My First Ballet

Pics of Kassidy trying to pose in some ballet poses as she was so excited to be on her way to her first ballet. We have found a new pasttime with Kassidy to do now. We decided to try out taking her to a ballet. There are several ballet shows coming up that I think we would like but our first one was to go to The Little Mermaid Ballet. We were not sure if it would keep her attention or not but it most certainly did and she is now begging to go see another one. It is so fun to watch her and help give her opportunities to blossom and grow into the wonderful young lady that I am sure she will one day become. Possibilities are endless with God's help and the love of everyone around. Enjoy everyday with your little ones because it is priceless time indeed.

Spring Time

With spring comes the Easter Bunny, cruising with dad in the 'Tang, and beautiful flowers. Oh how we love Spring!

Kassidy's Bedroom Decor

Work in progress. We are just now getting around to changing the decor in Kassidy's room. After her crib decor, we had a mix of just about everything. We decided to not go with any specific character theme and just stick with some bright colors. We still have several things to do but it is coming along. Now if we could just get someone to sleep in it so I can feel like the work was for a good reason. :P

Emma's 1st Birthday

One of our main reasons for coming in for a visit at this particular time to WV is because of Kassidy's cousin, Emma. It was fun to be able to celebrate Emma's first birthday party. It was so wonderful to actually be there for this. We hate to miss all the important things that happen back home with our family but it makes it even more special whenever we get to participate in one. I hope that Kassidy and Emma can be close as they grow up despite the distance that separates them. We love you Emma Faye!

WV Disney On Ice

One of our favorite annual events is the Disney On Ice show. We generally get the show here in Fayetteville around November timeframe. However, when we were visiting WV a couple months ago, we were lucky to find a billboard advertising it for that very weekend so we took advantage of it and we got to see Disney On Ice but the newer show. We had such a fun time, especially since we took along Bobbi and Mamaw Beep Beep. Here are some pics of us the night of the show. It was a double shot of happy because not only we were able to enjoy an extra Disney On Ice show but we were able to share it with our family whom we miss very much. What a great night!
