Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our scenery for Thanksgiving this year. We decided that since Billy would only be home for two weeks that we would stay home and not visit family for Thanksgiving which is our normal tradition. We instead stayed at the house most of the time but we did, however, go to the beach and stay about four nights. We had planned to come back the day before Thanksgiving and have Thanksgiving dinner at home but later decided that we would just stay one more day and have Thanksgiving lunch at a new restaurant that we found that we really enjoyed. So we did that and then left after lunch and headed back home. We made our regular trip to the Aquarium at the beach while were there. Everytime Kassidy and I head that way throughout the year we always make that a spot where we visit because she loves seeing the fish. She gets so excited and it seems that it is new to her everytime. Also, we thought we would try and see how taking her to Dixie Stampede would turn out. We did not know if she would sit still for the whole show and throughout dinner but she did very well for a 2-year-old. She still did not enjoy it as much as the Disney On Ice and I am very excited next year to have her daddy home so that he can see her. He really wants to take her. Although this was a different Thanksgiving than usual, it was very enjoyable and one that I wouldn't mind doing every year but seeing that Billy always likes to go to WV for hunting season at that time, we will have to wait and see how that goes.
